Dr Janine Teasdale is a highly experienced General Practitioner who has been practising on the Northern Beaches for over 18 years. She has undertaken additional postgraduate training in Sports Medicine and Psychiatric Medicine, reflecting her strong commitment to comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Dr Teasdale has special interests in Mental Health, Women’s Health, and Musculoskeletal Medicine,

and particularly enjoys working at the complex intersection of these areas. She takes a thoughtful, compassionate, and holistic approach, taking the time to understand each patient’s unique circumstances and health goals. She is an Evoca Women’s Health practitioner, and an authorised continuation prescriber to manage stimulant medication for patients with a pre-existing ADHD diagnosis.

Having raised three children on the Northern Beaches, Dr Teasdale has developed a strong familiarity with and genuine appreciation for the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and embracing an adventurous outdoor lifestyle including running, hiking, skiing, cycle touring, and ocean pool swimming.
