Joel Goh is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated from The University of Sydney and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). He has previously worked in hospital settings, as well as in paediatric and adult musculoskeletal private practice. He is dedicated to helping people, ranging from toddlers to older adults, overcome pain, restore movement, and improve long-term physical function.
Joel treats a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, tendinopathies, and soft tissue injuries. He also enjoys working with people managing chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease. Known for his calm and respectful manner, Joel provides individualised treatment plans in collaboration with his patients. These plans include evidence-based education, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and dry needling where appropriate.
Dedicated to ongoing professional development, Joel undertakes continuing education and advanced coursework through the APA to ensure his patients receive high-quality care aligned with current best practice. He is also an experienced practitioner of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).
Outside of work, Joel enjoys staying active through strength training, playing tennis, ultimate frisbee, and walking in nature.
