• Feeling unwell with a fever, cough, runny nose or other symptoms which could be due to COVID-19.

• within 7 days of testing positive to COVID-19 or continue to have symptoms after a positive test

•  Self-isolating.

• A close contact of someone with COVID-19.

• In quarantine.

• Experiencing a severe medical emergency.

If you’re experiencing a severe medical emergency or severe COVID-19 symptoms, please call  000  immediately and advise the operator if you’re in self-isolation because of COVID-19.

Dr. Frederick Gudex has been working full-time in general practise since 2017 and holds the Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. Continuity of care, evidence-based medicine, and the doctor-patient relationship are central to his practise. He always strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

He is an accredited skin cancer doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and enjoys seeing patients for skin checks and treating skin cancers. He has a special interest in sports medicine and men's health.

Outside of medicine, he is interested in history, languages, food, and culture. He, along with his wife, is passionate about travel and has visited many places all over the world. He enjoys sports and has previously been a competitive swimmer and water polo player.
