Dr Bullen has been a General Practitioner for over 30 years, having graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and holds an academic appointment with the University of Sydney.

Passionate about empowering patients in their healthcare journey, Dr Bullen focuses on preventive care and the management of chronic diseases.

With three years of experience as Chief Medical Officer for Healius Ltd, he developed patient-centred chronic care pathways that engaged the entire practice team — a philosophy he continues to uphold in his work as a full-time GP at Warringah Medical and Dental Centre.

Outside of work, Dr Bullen enjoys long walks with his family and dogs, and cheering for England in sports.
