Dr Hasnat is a General Practitioner (GP) for 20+ years of experience and a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He is interested in all areas of General Practice and Family Medicine with special interest in complex chronic disease management, general medicine, child health, occupational medicine, workplace health, return-to-work programs, musculoskeletal medicine, travel medicine, emergency medicine, and visiting residential aged care facilities (nursing homes). He believes in a patient centered approach putting patients at the heart of their care. He is a passionate family physician based in Sydney.
He has completed multiple degrees and attended various courses, including chronic disease management, occupational medicine, emergency medicine, child health and skin cancer. Dr Hasnat is a general practitioner (GP) in Sydney since 2019. Before moved to Sydney he worked as a general practitioner (GP) in Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin and various cities and towns around Australia.
Dr. Hasnat teaches GP Registrars, trainee doctors and medical students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Additionally, he oversees general practitioners in training through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and serves as a fellowship examiner for the same organization.
