Beth has been a psychologist for 30+ years. Initially, she worked as a teacher both in
NSW and then in Malaysia where she also further developed her understanding of
diverse Asian cultures. She then worked in NSW schools, leading a team of
psychologists in a newly developing area of western Sydney Through this work, she
developed specialties in learning difficulties and intellectual and physical disabilities.
She supported school leaders, staff, parents and students.

Beth has considerable experience supporting people who have been exposed to
trauma. As an Army officer she worked closely with veterans and their families. Her
understanding of Defence families allows her to provide tailored support to serving
and ex-serving members of the ADF.

She has also worked with and alongside first responders, hospital staff and
communities affected by natural disasters such as cyclones, floods and bushfires.
Beth also has attended numerous critical incidents and supported police, paramedics
etc.

Corporate, business and government clients have been supported by Beth through
personal counselling, career advice, workplace stressors, coaching and Employee
Assistance Programs.

Beth provides therapy for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing life
change, health and relationship challenges.
Recently, she completed a course on Understanding Dementia (University of
Tasmania).

She is an internationally registered grief therapist after completing the 2025 Grief
Educator Program, created and led by the international grief expert, David Kessler.
